Learn a short sequence of relaxing Thai Massage! 

Thai-Nuad is also called passive Yoga, as your entire body gets  moved, stretched, massaged and lead to relaxation. For this we simply need a soft mat on the floor, a blanket and comfy clothes. In this  workshop you will learn a short and very relaxing sequence of Thai-Nuad,  which you can provide then to your friends and family.

In the beginning of the workshop we will do a short opening circle  and some light movement to connect with our bodies and the others. Then Isabella will tell you a little bit what Thai Massage is about and something about the anatomy of our bodies. 

After the theoretical part we will go  straight into practice. You will learn a small sequence of Thai Massage  which will be done in the Savasana position - so you will get both: a  massage and also the experience of what it feels like to be the person  who gives the massage.

Please bring comfy clothes, warm socks, maybe a friend or your partner.

Isabella:

She's from Austria and she came to the Aljezur area in 2021. Besides her work as a Graphic Designer she also offers Yoga classes and Thai-Nuad-Massages.
