This  90 min class combines the power of Yin Yoga, where we nourish the body  from the inside, creating a peaceful atmosphere to promote rest and deep  relaxation. As we arrive to savasana we are invited to meditate with  the power of sound facilitated by Sharmīla and the vibration of the  Gong.
