Reiki Drum Journey, with Heidi Miller

We will first begin with the sound healing with the reiki drum &  crystal singing bowls. This will powerfully release & shift any  unwanted stress, tension and old stored emotions that we no longer  require. The crystal singing bowls will focusing on grounding  to the earth energy, heart connection and crown chakra.

We then continue with a heart energy healing to really come home to  ourselves and open our hearts and fully embody unconditional love.

Then we move onto the reiki drum journey. This is a practise to tap into  our inner guide and intuition to get clarity. The repetitive drum beats  take our mind down to a dream state where we access our super-conscious  mind to gain insights to any questions we may  have. The journey is a great way to access what we already know and to tap into our soul and essence.

During the whole class you will also be receiving the reiki energy which  will heal, transform and move you forward in the right direction. Reiki  is a powerful, yet simple healing modality.

There is time to journal what you wish to release and create in your  life, and also share or ask questions (if you wish) about the journey.

The class is releasing, heart opening & healing.
