Masterclass Rocket Vinyasa I, with Lita Sattva

It’s with great honour that I have the opportunity to share the Rocket Vinyasa love in Aljezur at Estúdio Celeiro.

So happy to see this Rocket yoga community growing around the world. Each year we can see more and more people falling in love with this inspiring sequence. 

This workshop aims to bring a deeper understanding of the roots of Rocket Vinyasa as well as work in-depth in the asana sequence of Rocket Vinyasa I sequence. 

During a regular class, we often can’t focus on certain key technical aspects, and these workshops are the perfect opportunity for that. Here we will do some drills, and focus on some key transitions breaking them down, to improve your understanding and execution of the practice. 

We will also do a Q&A for any questions regarding the asanas and their adjustments.

Lita Sattva discovered yoga when she was seventeen. She combined her passion for Yoga with Acting, and the latter somehow became the focus for some years.

But the practice of Yoga was always there to guide her through life, and Yoga progressively took her heart.

As her daily practice became strong and starts to change her life, Lita decided to dedicate full time to Yoga.

She travels between Europe,the US and India, to learn more about Yoga and Yoga teaching, from incredible teachers that helped her to pursue and consolidate a yogic lifestyle.

She feels a beautiful journey is at reach to all of us, and she pledges to facilitate that journey at the very best of her abilities through YOGA.
