Let Your Love Come Down - Valentines Yin & Nidra ; with Mary

What is your heart's deepest longing? Your deepest wish? Set the seeds of your heart's deepest desire in this special Yin & Meditation session.

Mary  will be sharing practises on how to manage your nervous system response  and explaining why this matters. She will then guide you through a  restorative/yin session with yoga nidra, Metta Bhavana (loving kindness)  meditation and sharing healing songs of the heart.

If  you’re feeling a bit fraught, a bit tired, lethargic or just generally want and need a bit of love (and a big, metaphorical hug) this special  session is just for you!
