Biodynamic Craniosacral A peaceful, restorative and profound gentle touch technique that reveals the power that lies in our connection with our body. The session follows a biodynamic approach, it is in accordance with the body's self-healing and self-regulating processes without any aim of manipulation. One of the principles of the approach is homeostasis, which means that the body, as a whole, knows what it needs to do to achieve the highest state of health available to it at all times. In order for this intelligence, inner source of health to unfold, the client receives assistance and is being held through light touches. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24h in advance (otherwise we will kindly ask you the full payment). >> For events/workshops: If for stronger reasons we might need to cancel the event we'll let you know up to 2h before the session, and we'll issue a refund of your pre-payment. >> For Yoga Classes: a) We require a minimum of 3 students per class. We'll contact you 2h prior to the scheduled time if the class is cancelled due to this requirement. b) You can bring your own mat and/or blanket, but they are also available at our studio. c) Fot the "Yin Yoga & Nidra" or "Rest & Rejoice" classes please bring warmer clothes: socks, a sweater, and perhaps a blanket (if you have one).
