Dear Women,

I invite you to join me for a beautiful evening of togetherness and sharing.

Let’s  come together in a safe and loving space where we can talk, share,  listen, and be held by ourselves and each other. It is deeply nourishing  to feel heard, to feel seen and met, to be embraced and accepted just  as we are.

It opens a gateway to our intuition, to our innate power, to healing and to life’s limitless loving intelligence.

This  supreme intelligent force is woven in us just as roots of trees connect  to the outer branches, as waves rise and fall from one ocean and as the  planets orbit the sun. We really are limitless beings.

So let’s connect and be courageous in our tenderness and in all our glory!

During the evening we will explore:

* talking/sharing

* breath practices

* sound and song

* quietness

* movement

* relaxation

We will create our sisterhood together and I trust it will support us well!

Sharmīla  is a compassionate, intuitive practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy,  Homeopathy, Gong Healing, and Kundalini Yoga. She is also  currently training in Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture. She is  passionate about sound, singing, chanting, satsang, the ocean, health  and the magic of life. Sharmīla gives a warm, safe, heart centred space  for transformation and truth. She has 20 years experience of  facilitating groups in a variety of settings as-well as deep one to one  sessions.
