"Tempo" . To Move and be Moved, by Carolina Mandrágora

The name TEMPO, means time in Portuguese, and emerges from the necessity to regain time/space in our lives for the expression and the experiment in its perfection, without wanting to achieve a final result, but to listen beyond the conscious/analitic mind. Having time to be in union with the earth and its cycles, which is also the time of our bodies. 

We will work with the individual memory but also collective and of the group, revealed by the symbolic language of the subconscious universe. 


TEMPO is a workshop of deep movement, expression in its various ways and silent contemplation, on a ritual and sacred space. Every workshop are felt differently, the approach will not always be the same. 

They are inspired in Carolina's work as an Artist, Ritualist and in her studies on expressive therapies, trance dances, shamanism and silence.
