Nidra & Crystal Sound, with Cata and Carly

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxing practice that grounds you into the present moment and allows you to fully let go, to experience the connection of the true self. 

Catarina will guide you with her voice in a journey of relaxation through the body and the breath, all you need to do is just lay down comfortably and be with your awareness.

As you deeply relax you will be bathed in the healing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Bowls. The bowls are made from pure crystal, gold, platinum, emerald and precious gemstone metals. The pure sound supports optimum healing benefits to the body and mind, releasing stagnant energy, calming the mind and bringing support to the nervous system. The bowls create a sine wave which enables the mind to enter a theta brain wave state where optimum healing and rejuvenation can take place.
