In  the opposition of forces that define the whirlwind that is life, Inês  found in her yoga practice the space to take a step back, an oxygen  bubble, the eye of the hurricane.

Practicing  since 1999, she lived and studied around the world for many years and  in particular with the great Christian Pisano, Patxi Lizardi, David  Meloni and also in Pune with the Iyengar family, who have been her great  inspiration recently.

She  was the first Portuguese Senior and offers all this experience in  weekly classes in Sintra and Lisbon, as well as workshops around  Portugal.
