We’re chasing happiness, wholeness & abundance with everything we do ‘out there’, often not realising that the real key to sustainable joy is somewhere we want to look the very least… Our happiness lies right in the center of the feelings we’ve been trying to run away from. Everything we want to hide, push away, reject & shame about ourselves, the existential fear, despair and unresolved childhood trauma: there lies our elixir, our true potential.

When we can learn to meet it all, surrender, over and over again, we learn to be in flow instead of the usual pushing against life. Then comes true abundance, true joy as a sustainable undercurrent instead of as temporary highs and lows. 

In this session, Heidi & Isabelle will hold space for you to explore that unchartered territory within and resolve unprocessed emotional energy. Through the intense holotropic breath pattern & the Reiki drum + Energy healing, we’ll invite you to meet the places within your unconscious that are craving to be seen and loved, we’ll help you go beyond your usual protection barriers and explore new levels of love.

Simply join us with an open mind and heart and discover what this practice can mean for you. 

You will be on your own personal journey in your own space, supported by the presence of the group as well as our hands-on 1:1 energy work with you. We’ll encourage you to find your own unique way to release: there can be shaking, voicing, screaming, movement, etc.

The intense practice of the circular 2 stage breath, can put your mind-body in a state of altered awareness. It can result in intense physical & emotional releases. Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not advised for everyone. 

Avoid in case of: 

~ History of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis

~ Significant recent physical injuries or surgery

~ Persons with severe mental illness, seizure disorders or for persons using major medications

~ Anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms

~ Pregnant women are advised against practicing

~ Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their doctor and the class facilitator

Isabelle is a holistic Msc Psychologist, certified Breathwork facilitator & Intuitive coach. After a 10 year journey with self-development and taming some of her inner demons like addiction, she now focuses on merging psychology with grounded spirituality, simplicity & is devoted to inner freedom. 

Heidi is a Reiki Master, Reiki Drum Master Practitioner & Integrative Breathwork Practitioner 

Heidi's work focuses on helping her clients to reactivate their own healing potential and their body’s innate wisdom to heal itself. 

Her sessions help to support you on your personal growth and self love path, opening your heart, releasing blocked emotions and awakening your spirit.
