Healing Breathwork is conscious connected breathwork with music and bodywork. It is a powerful modality for profound personal transformation that ultimately leads to liberation of the Self.

A consciously changed breathing pattern allows to open the doors of perception and gain access to deeper layers of consciousness and reality. By doing so, you can free repressed memories, emotions & energies in a safe and supporting environment and re/connect to genuine creativity, life force and intuition. In this 3 hours session, you will gently arrive with a check-in and receive all necessary information regarding the breathing process before actually entering it. 

After the breathwork there will be space for sharing and integration.
