Full Moon Circle . 108 AUM's Meditation; with Mischa

On the 5th of February we will benefit from the supportive energies of the full moon and utter the sound AUM 108 times together .

In the yogic culture, the entire existence is seen as a web of sounds, for which the root sounds are "Aa", "Oo" and "Mm", uttered together as "Aum". 

The mantra activates and energizes the various sections of the body, reverberating through the whole system. Furthermore, it can bring peace and balance to the meditator's system, and is known to relieve people from numerous physical and mental ailments when practiced regularly. It helps concentrating the mind and prepare for deeper meditations .

The Sadhana will take around 75-90 minutes:

- 20m introduction and preparation time

- 30m mantra

- 15m silence 

- sharing time (if wanted) .

Recommendations:

Please come with loose comfortable clothes and on an empty stomach condition - for example: finish a meal 4h prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class. Water is always ok.

The session will be guided by Mischa , who can share his experience of 23 years of practicing meditation and 6 years of practicing Isha Hatha Yoga.
