About the event
With the Spring Equinox and the new astrological year upon us, it's time to reflect and harness the power of this season - to set the seeds of our intention.
Mary will invite you, to use embodied movement practices, journaling and guided meditation by way of Yoga Nidra, to set your intentions and to harness the fire of aries season in a sustainable way. We will welcome in the coming light and return of spring.
Please bring warm clothes, socks and blankets for Yoga Nidra and a pen and paper for journaling.
