Calling Women who need to Roarhh and Deeply Rest!

Dear Women, Come and Gather in circle together and let’s Roarhh, shout, scream, cry, laugh, giggle, Rest and truly nourish and nurture ourselves …

We shall begin the day with the fabulous Osho Dynamic Meditation where you get to enjoy the freedom and joy of cathartic release! A letting go of ingrained body patterns and emotional blockages. This active meditation will be followed by deep rest and quiet. We will also explore movement, asana, meditation, pranayama, chanting mantras, deep resting and a powerful Gong Immersion. There will be opportunity for connection, friendship and sharing as we discover and support one another.

This space together is an embrace of all that is present with no need to fix or change anything. This is an opportunity to be fully with yourself. To enter your body and inner being with great care and awareness.

We will be remembering and honouring our power as women, that we are the wisdom keepers, wise medicine women, healers and alchemists.

A simple soup and bread will be included for lunch.
