Fascia is the organ that gives us support, connection and  wrapping of all our structures. Deepening these concepts allows us to  understand each human body as unique.

MyoFascial Release is a minimally invasive technique that allows opening spaces within the tissues to

re-establish the structural and functional balance.

This workshop will clarify many questions about what is the Fascia and how to work with it.

To  understand Fascia we have to know what Tensegrity is about, how our  body unfolds three-dimensionally in a wonderful balance between  integration and tension.

The third concept will be addressed is Presence, both intuitive and healing: where to touch and how.

Sebastian Campanile 

Sebastian has been practicing bodywork for the last 25 years, and very dedicated in the last 10 to the study of the FASCIA.

He  started studying Cranio Sacral Therapy in 2012 in Upledger  International Institute, following a path of workshops through  Argentina, Mexico and Peru. He is certified to work with adults, kids,  babies and pregnant women.

In 2012 he created and found  GAIA Bodywork and Wellness in Costa Rica, leading a team of ten  therapists, giving for 10 years thousand of treatments.

Teaching  became his passion, in which he has developed a full program of  therapists training, sharing knowledges in Biomechanics and MyoFascial  approach.

He is developing a project of Spa Consulting to help others to make better, more efficient and well managed Spas.
