Breath, Sound & Visuals Immersion, by Luís Breatho & Xiik

This session will start with Breath-Work. Breath work is an ancient technique, that consists in giving great doses of oxygen to the body, with deep breath repetitions… and the holding. Oxygen is the first nutrient, and breath work is better than working out… as it is working in!

Then we'll be lead into an immersion of sounds and visuals. Music is one of the oldest forms of medicine. In this sound-visuals experience the goal is to combine ancestral knowlege with high-end solutions for both eyes and ears of the audience.

Healing archaic instruments - hand pan, didgeredoo, tibetan bowls, shakers and voice - will be combined with hipnotic beats and recorded transpersonal and altering ambience. 

The fusion between past and future comes alive, in a deep and long sonic sculpture. 

It is a performative and technological voyage, not to be missed or forgotten. The combination of light, sound and chromacreates a neo- alchemistic space.
