Breath & Sound; with Dina & Dominik

On Saturday 22 of July, Dina & Dominik will come down from Monchique  mountain to open a space of expression and liberation in the  beautiful Coracao Shala combining the power of breath and sound.

This  is a 2,5 hours journey practicing conscious connected breathing and  guided by voice, music and touch to support the process of surrender and  release.

We will conclude this moment with a 30 minutes sound bath with Tibetan and crystal bowls to harmonise and integrate the work.

While navigating in our inner realms and the subtle space in between, come and remember what a precious ally your breath is.

Allow  your mind to rest and your body to receive the healing vibrations of  the bowls, drums and other instruments carefully chosen for this moment.

The  more we open these spaces the more we appreciate how precious those  containers are and the more we approach them with attention and  reverence.

Therefore we ask you to please arrive 15 min before the session starts so we can open the space all together on time.

A dedicated time for sharing will be proposed before we all close together.

Each session is unique. Each session is a co-creation where energies melt into one in a moment out of time.
